Crashing Problem in any league I make

I have a new computer , so no memory problems, Im running windows XP , I have tried turning off anti virus Avast, unpluging from internet, turning off faceGen, I have GeForce 8800 GT video card, and it doesn't matter what league I try making historical , fictional, or MLB, Quick start, custom and no luck, just made a Quick start and actually made it through a game I like game but crash issue is making me howl at the moon, I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and I play all games too. Please Help Im stumped.

Which version of the game are you using, please?

At what point is the game crashing for you?
