"GHOST" Feeder Leagues - Cannot delete

Problem discovered just a few weeks ago. Have been running this league for 2 1/2 seasons and discovered that when setting up the feeder leagues, I deleted them several times before getting it right.

However, the deleted leagues (MLB college & MLB HS) really were NOT deleted, and continue to operate (computer controlled) in background.
The deleted leagues do NOT show in my game, but show on the SION HOME PAGE. I cannot get to them in the "select league" dropdown. It shows only the 2 feeder leagues that I set up and kept. It does not show the deleted ones, but they DO show on the SION home page. They continue to fill up my draft pool and FA pool with an insane number of players, and sign personnel.

How in the hell can I possisbly remove these "ghost" feeder leagues from the game file?

Are these extra leagues listed under Game -> Game Setup -> League Setup? If so, you can delete them from there.

Which version were you using when you deleted these feeder leagues? Old versions of this game had a bug involved in the process.
