Time warped back to 1977

In the game, I had just finished the 2025 season, did my team movements for relegation/promotion, then changed with the settings a little bit (set the two Double-A leagues to automatically import historical rookies.)

When I launched the game today, it's got me back in 1977!!

Do I just auto-play until 2025 again or is there a way to undo what has just been done?

What year did you start your universe in to begin with? Which version of the game are you using?

Is every trace of progress from 1977-2025 gone? Are team and player histories still intact?

I started play in 2008. Histories and champions are still intact.

My autoplay options are:

1-2-2008 : Inaugural draft
10-22-2010: Expansion protected lists due
10-23-2010: Expansion draft
4-1-2025: 2025 opening day (even though I already played the 2025 season!)

How did you set two Double-A leagues to import historical rookies if you started play in 2008?

Which version of the game are you using, please?

I'm in version 8.0 on Mac.

Just clicked "import historical rookies" in the league setup menu after the 2025 season. I run a promotion/relegation scenario, so my Double-A leagues are independent (not affiliated).

Which historical rookies were you trying to import, exactly? From which year were you drawing them?

I believe I was importing starting from 77. Can't remember for sure.

I think I'm on flat 8.0. I was never able to find an update for Mac.

I ... can't seem to find the Mac patch right now, either. Hrm. Well, if you really cared, you could uninstall and reinstall.

If you were importing starting in '77, then that was likely your problem. I would stick to importing rookies from the actual season of play. You could try simply not importing historical rookies for those Double-A leagues, but your league may be damaged at this point.

Are you sure those are the years you are seeing? I've seen two different years before, but never three.
