OOTP Developments

Patience, please!
Hi everyone,
We'd like to simply ask some patience with Tech Support in the early going here. If you weren't aware, OOTP Developments consists of 3 people, 2 of whom live in Germany and one of whom is part-time (me). So, the first few weeks after the release, it's very difficult for us to keep up with the volume of questions in this forum. We will have volunteers from the beta team helping out, too. At this time, more than any, you can save yourself a lot of trouble by reading the Tech Support readme and following the instructions therein. Again, thanks very much, Steve |

Due to the heavy traffic here in Tech Support, we will also be closing out any threads that do not receive a response from the original poster within five days. (This does not include issues that have already been logged.) Since many users do not return to report that their problem has been solved, this is a necessary step for us volunteeers to be able to properly identify issues that still need to be responded to.
If your issue has been closed for this or any reason and you need further help with it, please do not hesitate to post a new thread in Tech Support with a link to the original thread.
