Problems getting to work

Well....I've been told several times the database can't be found. Say I get the game started and click on teams and then hit a team...crash. Hit ML home page...click on a team and it works....click on a player and crash. Now, I just tried something other than to simply start a 2008 league and it seems like it might actually be working. I do believe historical leagues seem to be working for me okay.

We need a little more info.

- What version (Mac or Windows)
- What is the exact error message?
- Are you trying to use the ML quickstart when the error occurs?

It sounds like a faulty install. I would try downloading and installing again.

Vista...I've uninstalled and installed twice. Historical leagues seem to be working fine...new 2008 league does not.

if it is crashing when trying to click on a player I wonder if you aren't having an issue with Facegen? Are you having it generate pics as needed? Did you say a fictional league that you create starts up fine?

You are running as Administrator? I've seen that as a problem elsewhere.

I don't have Vista, so I can't really help. We had a number of people on the beta team who ran Vista, though, and I don't remember this exact problem.
