Game wont launch
Hi. I preordered the game and just downloaded it today. However after I installed it and tried to run it all I got was the loading symbol and then nothing. I am running it on Vista and I have Administrator mode on. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

Try this:
Go to Control Panel>Admin Tools>Services and check if "LicCtrl Service" is enabled.

I would try this advice first:

Right click on the desktop icon, click run as admin, you should be set. Even if you are logged in to Vista w/ an admin account you still need to do the right click thing the first time from my experience. After that you shouldn't need to do that again except maybe after patching.
