Unless you took a backup, the only way would be to start a new game.
If you've started an MLB real rosters game then start a new one with a different name and then move the parks.dat from that game into your old one. The same should work for a fictional league as well as long as the setup is exactly the same.

If you did not back it up before you replaced it you'll need to re-install to get it back, or get another user to send you an unaltered one.
