Constant Crashes during Amateur Draft

So my league has gotten to the amateur draft, and now it keeps crashing.

I got the email mentioning the draft was starting, and it lists the top 10 prospects. I click their names and it takes me to a different player than listed.

Then, I go to the draft pool, and it is empty.

If I try to continue it crashes, if I try to click on any free agents, it crashes.

Please help!

Anyone have any tips?

I got it to progress a little farther but still cannot complete amateur draft.

I went into commish mode, created enough players for the draft, and then did it round by round. When I got the end, it crashed. It wont let me go any farther.

I restored a backup I made previous, and did the same thing. Still crashes.

System specs:

Windows Vista 64bit
AMD Athlon X2 4600+
4 GB RAM
GeForce 8600 GTS

This is the only game that crashes.

Please someone help! I also tried to upload league file to FTP server and was given a permission error.

Is this a converted league? Is it a fictional league, a historical league, or a pre-made roster set?

Did you ever edit your draft settings after creating your game universe?
