Nothing major but...

In the Strategy area, when I ask for the bench coaches stragety, it says I dont have a coach, when I do. My first time through the game I was just getting used to everything and it worked. It adjusted the settings to the bench coach. I just wanted an jumping off point. Well, I started over and now it wont work. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you able to "Ask Manager for Strategy"?
