Crash On Pitcher Injury!!!

OK,I'm going to go through this fully so there is no confusion.First of all,My PC is a HP pavillion with 2048 MB system memory,400 GB hard drive,Intel Core 2 Duo processorE4500.My OS is Vista home premium.secondly the bug started for me with OOTP 8 newest version,I imported my season to OOTP 9 and the bug is still present there too.Thirdly,I've created two leagues,and both leagues have to bug.The first league was a historical simulation starting in 1949 using all of the default options,I was managing the Phillies(this league has since been erased).League #2 is a historical simulation started in 1964,again I used all of the default options.This league is still active running in OOTP 9(this is the league I imported)If you need any more info than this LMK,I'm not gonna give up until this is dealt with and fixed.

for the record,I started a fresh league in OOTP 9,my first one and to test it,I purposely injured a pitcher,and was able to replace him with no problems.It was a historical league starting in 1977 with all of the same options as my two other leagues with the exception that i didn't use the phillies,i used the Expos.

I would also be willing to FTP my files over to you,but I have no working knowledge of FTP at all,so I would need step by step instructions.I'm using vista with IE.
