Continuous Personal Contract Problems
I was wondering if anyone else has been experiencing this problem. Every 4 days or so I will get a personal message from a coach not on my payroll asking me to increase my salary offer. Again I have never offered these coaches a contract. Usually 3 different managers or coaches continuously come up. Please feedback!

What type of league do you have going here? Fictional created w/ OOTP9, MLB created w/ OOTP9, imported league from older version of OOTP?
I don't think I'll be able to help you with this problem but I think the question I ask above will be helpful for someone who might know more about these issues.

If you go to the available personnel tab under MLB and then click Pending Offers have you got any pending offers outstanding?
