Unlicensing OOTP 9 for PC

I have OOTP 9 installed on my PC running Vista 64 bit. I've been having some problems with the game and I'd like to uninstall and then reinstall from scratch, but I can't figure out how to unlicense the game. Suggestions?

There shouldn't be a need to unlicence the game before re-installing, but if you want to do so, there is a shortcut for unlicensing in the Start menu.
