Secondary Roster - Waiver Enabling
Not sure if this is a bug or the game was coded this way.
It seems once you've done your setup of a league and start playing it, you can no longer enable the Secondary Roster option, which is required to enable Waivers and the Rule 5 draft. I have a teat league I'm running and I am unable to enable this feature at any time of the year. During the regular season, during the off season, or during the pre-season. It stays greyed out all the time.

Are you playing without minor leagues?

"THUD" - That was me slapping myself in the head for missing the obvious. Thanks for pointing out that minor detail.

I really don't see how minor leagues should mean you can't play without waivers. We've discussed this before and I still think it's wrong. LGO is probably right that we should separate all the waivers into their different kinds so that if using waivers with minor leagues is a problem then maybe only using some kinds of waivers with minor leagues will be a problem instead of them all being a problem.
EDIT: Sorry, that sounds hostile, but it's not meant to be. I'd just very much like to play with reserve rosters and waivers.
