BZ 1592: Disliked players as most popular

According to the new "Advanced Info" screen in my team's "Front Office" section, my team's most popular player is Chris Blackburn. But Mr. Blackburn's national and local popularity are both "Disliked", because he recently failed a drug test. And the players below him on the "Most Popular Players" list are all "Well Known" or "Popular", and have never failed a drug test.

this could be an issue with how often the advanced info is updated by the game. He used to be well liked, correct?

No idea, as there is no history that I can check, but the suspension was on game date 7/12/2008 and the screen shot is from around 11/1/2008.

This issue has been claimed fixed for the upcoming patch. If after installing it you still experience this problem, please post a link to this thread in Tech Support along with an explanation of what happened so that we can re-open the report. Thanks!

BZ1592 (disliked players as most popular) was supposedly fixed in the latest patch, however the problem still appears to exist in the game I'm playing.

The symptoms are the same as those stated in the linked thread.
