Crashes

How do I completely uninstall the game? I had a power outage during a backup, lost another league, then installed and downloaded the exec. file only download. I couldn't download it I got a license 40dll error. So I uninstalled and downloaded the full version. I just spent another 2 hours starting a new league from scratch. I got all the way to start game, and it crashed. No error message. I'm using Vista. Should I just completely uninstall the game? and start again? Is my license still OK?

It sounds like it would be worth a complete uninstall (this will leave your license active)

Unistall OOTP as you would any program.
Go to my docs/Out of the Park Developments and delete the OOTP9 folder
Go to program files/Out of the Park Developments and delete the OOTP9 folder there

Download 9.0.27 (this is the most current version of OOTP w/ Patch #1) and install.

If this works let us know.
