I've been playing 6.5 for years, then all of a sudden I started getting this error message:

ootp65.exe:

Sorry, could not get a license at this time.
Please try running this program again later.

I tried un- and reinstalling, and it didn't work. I said to myself "Well, good ride 6.5, I guess I'll buy 9."

And now I get the same error message.

I've completed the e-license support form for both versions, and they never got back to me. I've tried un- and re-installing both versions multiple times....can anyone help?

That sounds like it's not able to reach the servers to confirm the license to me. Are you having internet troubles? Has a new firewall been set up that blocks your access to elicense?

I haven't been having internet troubles, and I even tried disconnecting my firewall, as well as disabling my anti-virus.

Any other thoughts?

Nope, and I filled out the form for 6.5 AND 9.....and I never got a response for either.

Try emailing them directly at: support@elicense.com . I only ever use the email address and they`re usually pretty good at promptly emailing me back.
