schedule odditiy

I started a fictional league in 2008 with 2 sub-leages of 3 divisions each with 6 teams. The schedule start date was September 1st.

I then started a new league again, making certain that I had specified the Apr1 start date in the wizard. But I got the same result of Sept.1 start date.

did you make sure the option to change the date if a matching schedule if found was unchecked?

I didn't try that. Let me see if that fixes the problem.

That option is not in the league creation wizard.

But now I created a league like I did before and the schedule start date is the desired April 1.

Strange schedule seems to have disappeared. Only thing I can think of is that I created a league with a different structure that had a good schedule.
