Potential Scouting Issue in Online League

In an online league I'm in, we were going to play with scouts on and released a file. Then the league decided to disable them until everyone became more familiar with the game. Now, when I click on the scouting reports tab inside the player profile, the scouting report is different than what his profile says. Could the ratings and info in the report be what my scout had said and not the actual OSA ratings? Also, the web reports reflect the ratings in the player's profile and not what's in his report.

If you don't have scouts on, the ratings that OSA publish are I believe accurate of the ratings, so that is why you would find a difference.

I know, but it says they are both OSA ratings from the same day.

Yes, and the saved scouting report shows actual scouted ratings from when you had scouting enabled. The other screens are showing true ratings.

Clearly, the HTML version ought to be showing real ratings, since you disabled scouts. Your concern is over the display in the Player Profile? You'd rather that it didn't list a date whatsoever, maybe?
