Unknown Coaches and Crashes

So I am playing a full league MLB game and all my coaches and scouts are unknown people and I can't hire or fire people because when I go to click on there picture there is nothing there just the background. Also whenever I go to click on the action button for my scout the game crashes. I also don't understand the difference between the full league and the quick start league. Any help would be great.

Can you FTP your saved game files up to the server following the instructions in the How To FTP Files To Us thread and let us know when it's done.
