Minor League and AI question

Version: 9.0.27
PC/MAC: PC Historical League
What were you doing? Looking at the transaction page
What happened? I make all the Minor League transactions but allow the AI to set the Lineups/Depth/Pitching every week I as the AI to set up the complete minor league system as it has in the past demoted and promoted players it decided were ready for that. Have been doing this for 3 years now. In the past versions when I did this players were never released. This time however it release almost all my minor league players and I am now left with only 1 AAA and 3 AA players as it released 16 AAA players and 3 AA players. Is this a problem or is this the way the AI handles it now. Again this never happened in past versions.

I just noticed that one team signed all my released players. Cincinnati

I can't I started a new leuague and deleted the old one if it happens with this one I will send it to you but I decided that I am going to control the minors and make the transactions myself
