BZ 1680: Game crashes if you change a game to DH when the league isn't

If you set up a league that doesn't have the Designated Hitter rule, the game crashes if you manage a game and set the DH rule to Yes. The crash always occurs at the point the ninth player in either lineup comes up to bat.

This works fine the other way round, taking a game to be non-DH in a DH league.

This issue was claimed fixed for the upcoming patch. If you still have trouble with this matter after patching, please post a link to this thread along with a detailed explanation of what happened and we will re-open this report. Thanks.
