Inagural Draft

I downloaded the most recent patch, but am still having a problem. Whenever I try to schedule an inagural draft, my game crashes. This wasn't a problem when I first got the game, but all of a sudden it started happening. Any ideas? Thanks

What sort of league are you running? Was it set up in a previous version of OOTP?

It happens or all leagues. I tried the standard MLB 2008 league, and then I tried it again using Cubbies rosters.

Could you please reinstall version 9.1.2 and see if that fixes your problems?

When you state that you are having trouble when trying to schedule an inaugural draft, are you manually attempting to set up a draft, or are you just running into problems when the game automatically starts an inaugural draft?

I have no problem setting up for the draft, however whenever I try to enter the draft, the game encounters an error and "needs to close." I tried putting the game on my friends computer and it worked fine. Is something wrong with my computer perhaps?

I ran into this problem...sorta. I had finished the inaugural draft and there were no players left to draft. However, whenever I tried to move on it said I had to finish the draft. When I pushed the button to continue the draft, the game crashed. I finally deleted that league and created a new one.

Ya, I tried creating a new league last week... no luck. O well, I guess I can just try a 2008 league without a draft, just wanted to add a twist to make things more interesting.

I am pretty this isn't the problem, as the draft works on my friends computer and version, however after creating the league, I got to league setting and click on the 'release all players and have inagural draft' option.

Yeah, I just tried it and it worked fine.

Did you do a full reinstall of 9.1.2 and not just the .exe file? It should come with an updated roster set. Maybe you have an old one that is causing a problem?
