League disappears?

Playing on an Intel Macbook.

Game will crash if I use the 'back' arrow after simming. An entire game was wiped out by this even though I had saved monthly through the season. When I loaded the game, I was taken to Bud Selig's Office.

Could you tell me a little more about what's going on here? What kind of league is this? What do you mean that the game was wiped out?

What do you mean about "Bud Selig's Office"?

Using a 2008 quickstart. When I load the game after this crash, all the data is gone. I'm no longer the GM of a team, the date has reverted to spring training, and the manager home page is titled 'Bud Selig Home'. I had played through the entire 2008 season as GM of Oakland. It's happened twice.

Are you absolutely sure that you were saving each month? A league shouldn't be able to revert back to a date before you last saved it.

Absolutely certain. I could still choose the league and load it, but the manager I had created would be gone, no human managers would exist and we were back to the start of the year.

I'm very confused by this. Could you please upload a zipped copy of the league's .dat files and let us know the file name per the following instructions:

As there hasn't been any update to this thread in the last week, it will be closed. If you do have the files that are causing this problem and are having problems uploading them, let us know and we'll try to sort it out.'
