owner expectations never change?

For the past fifteen or so seasons, since I used the 2nd patch, my owner's expectation has been .500 every single time, no matter what I do. Whether my team is completely terrible or I'm winning the world series the previous year. This happening to anyone else?

hasn't happened to me...although for about 20 seasons I've only gotten 2 expectations, play .500 or win it all. Not much variety there huh?

Looks like there are 5 possibilities... I'm still waiting for my owner to just ask me to show up to the park.

In my financial test owners were changing expectations often enough. Don't know what made them change, but changes were there.
