Pitching Rotations screwed up

Version 9.1.2-Season 2
Standard major league setup Single Player

I've just started season 2 (April 11) went to the schedule screen and notice that 8 teams don't show a starting pitcher. I only control my one team and all other teams are entirely AI controlled.
A cursory examination shows all 8 teams have only 1 or none pitchers in the starting rotation.

What actual year are you playing?

This can happen in the 1800's. I have never seen it happen otherwise.

I am sorry but since I have not been able to reproduce any of your challenges thus far I am at a loss as to what to do vis-a-vis making them go away.

Everybody signs and teams have lots of players in the ML and injured players go on the DL and are replaced. All teams have 10 to 12 pitchers depending on the settings I set under strategy in game setup. There are around 15 position players on all teams. Full 25 man rosters are the rule and no exceptions.

I do not know what setting might keep injured players from going on the DL and being replaced. I have not been able to find one.

Maybe you just got a bad download? Do you see this behavior in historical or fictional mode as well?

Tim, judging by your posts in a couple of threads here, I am fairly certain that you are using a copy of the MLB quickstart that has disabled computer AI moves. Can you please do me a favor and try out the steps listed in the following thread?

Okay, since your league files don't seem to have this issue any longer, I'll close out this thread. We'll discuss your league not loading in your other thread.
