Continual offer responses

My game is constantly (every few days) being interrupted by messages from managers / coaches who are supposedly responding to offers I have made. It'll be one random guy for two or three weeks and then will shift over to another random guy. These are all responses to offers that were never made.

Very annoying since it stops the sim and otherwise requires me to waste time dealing with it.

Have you upgraded to version 9.1.2? If not, could you please do that to see if that solves your issues.

Yes, I have upgraded. If anything, the problem seems to be getting worse as I'm getting these messages on average of every couple of days.
