Crash when hitting substitution tab during gameplay, random

It's happened a number of times where I am playing a late inning game and in the middle of the inning, I go to substitute a player "clicking on the My Team Substitution" Tab, and the game crashes (I'm usually going to bring in another pitcher in the middle of the inning). But this has happened at least three times. Using 9.1.2, and game did not crash in similar situations before the patch.

Can you get this to happen in more than one league?

It appears to me that the 9.1.2 patch caused alot of crash problems.

Are you in defence?

Do you happen to know if before you click substitution whether the opposition put a pinch runner in?

Yes, I'm in defense. And it could very well be the case where the other team has substituted a pinch runner (since it's a late game situation, where there are runners on, and I'm going to my bullpen).

It doesn't happen all the time--but enough to make me stop playing individual games and just sim....

Well, if it is due to pinch runners, then all you need to do is download a fresh copy of version 9.1.2 and reinstall it. The initial copy of the patch that was up for half a day or so caused this issue.

Can you please let us know if that solves your problem?

Ok, I'll try reinstalling and see what happens.

Since it was happening intermittently (not totally positive about the pinchrunner) it may take me a while to get back to you.
