Is there a way to import your team without losing all of the minors?

No, you'll need to create new minor leagues to affiliate with your major league. They work so differently in this game that they won't convert directly.

No. Stinks I have to make these all manually

Creating the minor leagues themselves shouldn't take much time. Adjusting team names might take a short bit. Do you need any help setting any of this up?
