Distorted colors

Hey guys. I just talked one of my friends that is a huge baseball fan into getting OOTP, hes never messed with baseball sims but I think he will love it. Hes pretty horrible with computers so I went over to his house to install and setup his game with logos, players pictures, ect but I ran into a problem. His OOTP9 game starts up and immediately his colors are messed up (similar to how colors look in windows safe mode is the best way I can describe it). I updated his graphic card drivers and ran windows updates and still have the same problem.

Hes running 32bit Windows Vista

any ideas?

So his colors aren't messed up when he's not running OOTP 9?

Have you tried it in both full-screen and windowed mode?

If the game is minimized, are his colors still messed up in Windows?

His colors are fine until he starts OOTP.

I havnt thought about switching from window to full-screen, do you do that from the OOTP preferences from the main screen?

Are all of his colors all throughout Windows messed up after he starts OOTP, though? Are they still messed up when he closes OOTP?

Yeah, the main preferences button will display the option.
