Crashing when trying to sign FA's

When I click the "Sign Free Agents" option on my managers screen, the game crashes to desktop. This occurs in every league. I have completely uninstalled, and deleted saved game folders and reinstalled the game to version 9.1.2.

I can view Free Agents from the "League reports" section, but I can not view the screen that allows me to sort&filter.

Are there any other screens that cause this problem? Were you using any custom filters? Did you have this problem using any earlier versions of the game?

It worked fine through all previous versions, and with the newest version for a while, but then stopped working. The "transaction" option also causes the same crash.
I have not add/removed any other popup blockers, virus detection program either during that time.
I did use custom filters before, but I do not recall if one was active the last time I successfully used this option. I crash to desktop before I have the option to custom filter now.

The Transaction link takes you to the same place as the Free Agents list. What about the Roster screen, or any draft screens?

It crashes when I look at the draft pool as well.

Rosters and lineups are working fine.

Hrm. Are your preferences set to use scrollbars or page selectors? Could you try changing to the other option and trying those screens again?

I tried it before with no luck.

I uninstalled again, and removed the folders that remained after uninstall. (Before I just removed the saved game folders). When I re-installed it worked.

Before reading this message I uninstalled, and deleted all remaining folders, and re-installed and solved my crash issue. I should still have the deleted folders in my recycle bin, and I will send them to you...it wont be until monday though.

It sounds like your issue was addressed already, so I'll go ahead and close this thread out. If you have any further trouble, you might want to first try the beta patch, then post in Tech Support again. Thanks.
