Getting unable to load face DB, HELP!

10 years into a league having great fun, suddenly on trying to load I now see the attached error message.

How do I resolve? Can someone help? its 77 and I just took over the blue jays and am in a massive rebuilding effort!

Go to your saved game file and delete dat.faces file. Then reload and everything should be fine.

Seems to be no saved games folder in the ootp folder

It should be under My Documents > Out of the Park Developments > OOTP Baseball 9
