The Losingest pitcher in minor league history

As shown on the attachment and below my pitcher went 2-37 at the AAA level in 50 starts.
I had another starter go 0-20 and a third go 3-20.
All this with the AI controlling the minor leagues, now let me say that I had 4-5 starters at all times at AAA and the AI had the 3-20 pitch out of the pen on a few occasions. I carried 4-5 SP, 6 MR, 1 CL all season long.
So for me its back to human control of the minors. I guess I don't understand all the underneath logic that drives the computer to pitch guys out of the pen if you only have 4-5 starters and have the horrible records that they finished with.

What are your strategy settings like for the AAA level?

It does seem a bit odd that they're overusing the starters like this, especially ones who aren't that good.

You have got allow AI roster changes allowed and it's not just being stuck with the same bunch of starters all season?

Default strategy settings, I set the game to AI manage the minor league teams for just that season. After I saw this crazy stuff I set it back to human managing.

50 starts is obviously too many. Just how many pitchers were on that roster and how many were set as starters in the pitching depth chart?

9 pitchers on roster. 5 starters of which 4 actually made starts, not sure why the AI didn't start the fifth guy.

In the pitching tab, what were the Rotation Size and Rotation Mode settings at?

Nine pitchers aren't a lot if you haven't enabled ghost players. The AI may have had to borrow a starting pitcher or two to help out in the bullpen, which may have then forced your remaining starting pitchers to throw on short rest, which led to horrible results. Also, if even one of those nine pitchers was injured at any point, I'm sure that all of your remaining pitchers would constantly be pitching tired.
