Mouse Cursor Please Help

I just noticed that my mouse cursor no longer changes to the `hand' graphic when mousing over something to select it, in OOTP9. It just stays being the default arrow graphic.

I went back and checked OOTP8, and the cursor does change to the `hand' icon, so it seems to be an issue with the game itself.

Is there a setting in-game that adjusts this?

I'm not aware of a setting. Honestly, I never even noticed until you pointed it out. Generally, the text that can be clicked changes color when you scroll over it. I can request that the hand return if you'd like, but presumably it was a decision made for this version.
