help error during install

Hello

I am a new user that has purchased the game 2 weeks ago, recently, received an e-mail for a new patch (9.1.6) Downloaded as instructed the full version and tried to install over the older version in the same folder. I get a decompression error duirng the install. Please advise. Thanks.

Please try redownloading the patch files and trying again. Let us know how it goes.

I downloaded the file again as suggested and did a re-install. I encounter the same problem. The message says " a decompression error has occurred (#5). Could not open output file.

Please advise. Thanks

Hrm. That's odd. Which operating system are you using? Are you sure that you downloaded the proper version (PC/Mac) for your computer?

Before you download it again, empty your temp internet files.
