Power Outage 6-7 Years down the game

Running an Historical Sim so I might as well post here. I have tired various years and various templates and have gotten the same problem, my homeruns total go down 6-7 years into the game. I use a modified EraStats so all the eras are equal.

Included in the file is the template and the modified erastats folder. If you could please sim till around 1920-25 that would be great

Edit: Uncheck "automatically adjust league strategy"

Which version of the game are you using, please? If not 9.1.6, could you try that out first and let us know if it fixes your problem?
