elicense issues

I have purchased the game but I am having trouble with elicense, I am behind a firewall so the internet option doesn't work to register the game. The "offline" option is not working either. Finally, I have called them multiple times but no one picks up it just suggest leaving a phone message and they promise to get back to you in a day. Any help would be appreciated, I just want to play the game for the first time ever and just have free time today. I have already wasted 30 minutes on this. I couldn't imagine buying any other video game and having this problem. Please don't tell me its an elicense problem, I need a better solution.

Rather than calling them, have you tried emailing them at support@elicense.com? They seem to have fairly quick response time through that method. Please let us know how it goes.

Why not turn off the firewall for the 20 seconds or so that it needs to verify? After that you should be good to go.

You beat me to it. That's what I was going to suggest, unless he is doing it on someone else's computer or something. Heck, I have gone days without a firewall on without any problems. Turn it off long enough to get the e-license working for you, then turn it back on. If you want to play the game soon, I would suggest that. Working with e-license will take you forever.
