Game Crashing in building online reports

Everytime I try to create online reports for my league, the game crashes on player id #1406. i dont see anything in that players profile anywhere that might cause some kind of hiccup. this is the first time this has ever happened, and every time i try the game crashes.

any ideas?

Do you have FaceGen on or are you using other images? Could there be anything unusual about that player's image?

yes, facegen is currently turned on. the player was recently on a team, then cut during the playoffs. his pic is still his old pic before he was cut.

i can try during off facegen, or at worst update his pic and see what happens.

ive tried a couple of things, including generating a new player image, and also turning off player photos and deleting the image, and still no luck. its still crashing, so its gotta be something in his player file. or maybe one of my files is corrupt??

in another update...i deleted the player causing the problem as a test. it went passed where it was stopping...but then crashed again a few players down the road.

Do you upload those facegen images (updated images, ect) with the HTML reports file? If not then it can't be related to facegen. If yes then make sure you try to run the reports without adding updated images (change the commish portal HTML creation settings). It sounds like you tried that but make sure about that. There are some screen's in the game where you can turn images off but that input is completed ignored by the game and images are generated anyway

Regarding the initial player page that crashed the game and the 2nd player page that crashed the game (after you deleted the first player) :
- "the player was recently on a team, then cut during the playoffs" <---- Is that what happened to the 2nd player as well? I seem to recall some old game issue with releasing players during the play offs...
- Is there anything else the two players might have in common? Were they both released, were they both on the same team, etc.?

the two players dont have anything in common...the 2nd player that it crashed on is still a member of a team. was not cut during the playoffs, etc. has been a member of said team for 3 years now without being cut once.

and no, images are not being uploaded with the reports. the game is crashing on the building of the reports, not the uploading.

im guessing there is no head-way in this. just to update a little bit, evertime i try to delete the player in question where the game gets hiccuped on, it always seems to find a new player to crash on, whether it be before or after the former deleted player was crashing.

im guessing it has something to do with an invalid file. buts its not affecting any simming or anything like that, so its a little strange.

if anyone would like to see the file to help us out, let me know and ill make a copy with an unprotected password.

I don't have a BZ number handy for this one, but I'm told that some fixes were put in place for generating online league reports. Once the next patch is released, give it a shot and see if you continue having trouble. If you are, please post in Tech Support. Thanks.
