Crashes whenever I press the Pitching, Roster, or lineup tab

I've waited awhile to see if this issue would be fixed and since it hasn't I have to bring it up again because the previous thread, by another poster, who mentioned this problem was closed, even though there was no resolution.

The game seems to function fine in most areas except for if I click the lineup, pitching or roster tab on the team window....when I do the game crashes every time (what do these 3 tabs have in common that would cause them to all crash when none of the others do?). Oddly this doesn't happen when I click the transaction window, so that's the only way I can view my team. I can't set the lineups or the rotation because of this situation.

It doesn't matter whether I'm running a game created with a previous version or one with the most recent version, it still crashes when I click the tabs I mentioned. The only difference is in games created with the older version of the game there is a problem with the scouting in that it claims everyone in the league is a bad fielder even the ones with amazing fielding ratings and when reading the scouting reports they always project the same numbers for all the players when they mention possible numbers for the season (.070/.070/.070). I still have yet to actually

Also I don't think the problem is a conflict with another program because I've tried shutting everything (virus protection, firewall, etc.) down and the problem remains. I'm looking forward to a solution to these issues, thank you.

I'm have the most recent version 9.1.6 running on a system with these specs:

Windows XP sp2
Pentium 4 CPU 2.4 GHZ
382 MB Ram
intel 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV Graphics Controller

A few people are having this type of problem, and we don't know how to fix it at present. We don't know why it is only happening to a small subset of users.

At present, I can only ask that you wait for a solution to be discovered. If you wish to contact eLicense to ask for a refund, that is another option.

I'm concerned about the amount of RAM that you have, but given that this has happened to other users, I honestly doubt that that is a contributing factor. Can you access the Free Agent screen without difficulty?

I would also be concerned about the amount of ram he has, irregardless of other people's problems...they might be unrelated. I would also suggest that he get SP3.
Part of the problem with an internal graphics card is that it uses some of that ram as well which could be causing problems.
It's kind of difficult to say that this is a problem with the sim since most of us do not have that problem. In order to find out why that is happening on those few machines one would have to see what is running in the background, as well as what hardware each of them is running, etc. Kind of hard to diagnose those kind of problems otherwise...
He should try to shut down any nonessential programs and processes and see if that helps any.
Anyway, I hope he gets the problem solved somehow.
