Trouble loading world file?

DATABASE::load_database - could not load world file

I keep getting this message when I try to load my league file for a MP league I am in. I have even gone as far as deleting the entire league file and re-downloading it, but it keeps giving me the same message.

Can you give us a link to the online league you are downloading from?

Sometimes this indicates that you are using a different version of the game than whoever exported the league file. Are you fully patched? Are they?

Sim Gaming Network - Brewers League Baseball

The link to the league file is under "downloads" at the top.

I believe I am fully patched. Version 9.0.26 at the bottom of my OOTP9.

Well that appears to be the issue. My league is using 9.0.16. But how did I get this version?

Your league is using 9.1.6. It is a later version than 9.0.26. Please upgrade and let us know if you continue to have a problem.
