Windows has stopped working?
I completed the 2008 season, I'm now may 28th into 2009 season and when I hit any button besides sim game windows stops working. It will sim the game sometimes without a problem. But I cant manage my team without windows stopping and closing.

Purchased version
I purchased the game, I was running 9.1.2. Then I downloaded the 9.1.6, but still experienced the same problem. So I uninstalled the game and loaded it back up again, then downloaded the 9.1.6 before I started my new season, and the same problem windows has stopped working. My system is Windows Vista Home Premium, 1.66 GHz 2.0 GB Ram 110 GB Hard drive.

To clarify, OOTP locks up while playing any saved game?
Are you running any other programs at the same time as OOTP? Can you think of anything that might have changed with your computer around the time when this issue began? |

No other programs running
It is not happening during a saved game. I can only sim the game if I try to look at roster or view anything hit anything other than sim game it locks up. I cant view roster or view anything from the team page ect. I thought the original game may of crashed when I was playing a game, but I have since uninstalled the game and re installed it and downloaded the 9.1.6 patch and it still closes when I hit anything other than sim game.

any chance that you have not defragged hard drive in long time? sounds odd, but fixed similar problem for me. Do you have more than 10 percent of your hard drive empty?

Yes I dfragged
I ran dfrag that's where it showed the windows errors that started with the game on Sept 25th when the problems started. I have 45 GB hard drive used out of 110 GB. I ran a system check of memory on the computer there were no problem there. Is my only option to load up the computer again from scratch?
