help!-cannot load saved game

ok so i was having problems with trading bug from new patch, so i went back to ver 9.1.6 but now when i load any of my saves i get a DATABASE::create_random_team_logo-could not save team logo
error message in the middle of load & game freezes.
any help appreciated---thx

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the complete game.

tried uninstall/reinstall---still having same problem--when i reinstall all the way up to current (9.2.0) saved games will load, but not when i reinstall to 9.1.6---now the only executable i could find for 9.1.6 to download is a demosetup.exe so that may be whats causing the issue---if you could direct me to where i can download regular 9.1.6 exe i'll give it a try otherwise i can probably hold out playing until 9.2.1 arrives.

I guess you'll have to wait for 9.2.1...
