Ejected DH

I was playing a game the other night and my DH was ejected for "bumping the ump" However, I was unable to place another player in his DH slot. I eventually got fed up trying to resume play that I manually closed the game. When I went to resume my league, I corupted some files and had to restart my league from a previous backup.

Any ideas why I was unable to place another player in my DH slot mid-game?

Because even the game knows the DH should be Constitutionally outlawed.

There used to be an issue with replacing the DH in the lineup - it didn't work properly. I can't remember if crashes occured because of it or if it was ever fixed.

I believe I am using the latest patch, but I will have to check when I get home.
