Help!!!

I am trying to change the Player ratings of the players and it is not working.

This is what I have done:

1. Set it to commissioner mode
2. Hit the edit button
3. change the ratings of the player I wanted (Rich Harden)
a. I hit enter after each change

The other changes took place, but the ratings did not. I started in commissioner mode from the start and I don't understand why it is not working. I could really use your help here with what I am doing wrong.

Are you using scouts? Are you sure that his ratings didn't change? Maybe he just wasn't rescouted at the new ratings yet?
