OOTP 9 not working for Windows Vista

Strange issue. Purchased OOTP 9 and I am trying to install on my new PC. Installed off of disc. Click on OOTP9 icon on desktop and game does not load.

I am at a loss on this one. Anyone come across any issue similar to this. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Just saw this post...............

If OOTP won't open for you when using Windows Vista, please first try right-clicking on the OOTP 9 icon and selecting "Run as Administrator".

Will let you know if it works.

OK. Glad that worked. It's what I was going to suggest. I'll close this thread now.
