Elicense.com dead? Unable to license ootp9

Anybody else having this problem?

I installed Vista from my old xp setup, went to reinstall my OOTP9 - gave administrator permissions, disabled the firewall and AV, retrieved my Order ID, started ootp, went to install the license and was returned with an error code 12. “Unable to get or install a license. Retrieval of license failed with error code 12”.

Also www.elicense.com returns a dead site.= site not found
I’m stuck

Very odd. I just rechecked everything and still returned a dead site in both Firefox and Explorer. hum.

Solved. - A firewall Problem

Disabling my Firewall did not solve the install problem.

However When I edited the Firewall features to not enable web filtering, advertisements, & pops ups the license went through.

Alas my 2012 Mets can finish the season with over 105 wins & some hardware.
