Bug: Manager Experience

I have noticed that all Managers (not GM or other coaches) will get 2 years of experience in one season. It seems that at opening day and at the end of the playing season every time a new year of experience is credited.

I posted this same complaint prior to 9.2.2's appearance. I expected it to be fixed and it wasn't. I'd like it to be fixed, too
