Problem with license key please help!

I purchased ootp 9 yesterday but when I was about to write down the license key number my computer crashed. I tried emailing elicense but they told me "This product was not purchased through eLicense. Please contact Out of the Park Developments for further assistance" I purchased it through pay pal. please help me I really want to play this game. thanks

Can you purchase it directly through PayPal? Did you maybe use Steam?

If the purchase went through you should have an E-mail with all the necessary data on it. If you don't have an E-mail or some other receipt from pay pal it may be that your purchase did not go through.

I suggest you contact pay pal and confirm that a purchase was in fact made. If so they should be able to give you a receipt/order confirmation. If the purchase was made via steam, then follow the same procedure above via steam. Once you have a confirmation/receipt you will be able to license the game.

I bought the mac version and i did receive a email from pay pal say it went through I also had all the info right in front of me with the license keybut i said the computer crashed. on the pay pal receipt it says that i purchased it through esellerate.

I'm not as familiar with eSellerate but can pretty well guarantee they will have a customer support E-mail. If the license key is not on the pay pal receipt contact eSellerate.

I found a link to esellerate support and they sent me the license key. thanks for the help
