This has been mentioned, but how is the status ????
What will be done ???

It is done. It became available for download about a week after 9.2.2. I'm running it now. You don't get it through the regular site, though. If you do a forum search for it you should find a link that connects to somewhere else (a beta testing forum, maybe?).
