eLicence

I could do with some help please. I bought this some time ago and recently upgraded my PC. Unfortunately, this involved new hard drives and reinstallation of OS.

I tried to reinstall this game and play it, entered my order code and I was told
"Retrieval of Licence failed with error code = 11"
and apparently there are no licences available for the order ID. Oh, and apparently I've installed all the licences I'm allowed??

Any help appreciated please.

Whilst I'm here I might as well say...I swear this is the last time I buy a product with an eLicence/limited installs...it's simply not worth the hassle.

As an example...I had in excess of 30 games installed on my PC of various genres. Some have a nice friendly key to enter, some have this eLicence thing, others have some other prehistoric copy protection on them. I upgraded my hardware/OS about a week ago and I'm STILL installing stuff that I need. It is completely impractical to go uninstalling software in the hope that it is one of those games that have an elicence so it is retreived.

So just so you know, and you probably don't really care about what the wee man says, but I won't be buying any eLicence products again. eLicence along with some other copy protection systems can go on my black list....looks like I'll end up going to console at this rate! Seriously...jumping through hoops to install/uninstall and play a bloody game simply isn't worth the hassle!

With that said, if you can help me get this product licenced again, being as I paid good money for it, I'd appreciate it!

nevermind

I've found the eLicence support form. I'll see what fun I get with that.

Also, if you email support@elicense.com, they should take care of any problems that you have.

If you didn't unlicense previous installations of the game, they'll just have to reset your license count. Next time, if you remember to unlicense the game before reinstalling your operating system, you won't have to go through this step.
