Can't re-install OOTP.

I'm trying to do a clean install of OOTP9 but the installation stalls at around 25% and just will not continue installing. I don't know why this is happening but it is frustrating. Can anyone help?

Did you ever have any luck with this one? Did you try redownloading the installation files? Did you verify that you had enough available hard drive space?
